Maricar Balagtas Manalaysian was born in July 29, 1983, the Philippines, is the first delegates of the Philippines to win the title of Miss Globe International in 2001 and represented the Philippines in 2004 Miss Universe pageant.A native of Plaridel, Bulacan, she graduated Centro Escolar University as an important communication.
