Jeanne Angeles Harn was born in Montalban, Rizal, Philippines in 1982 is a Filipina model and beauty queen. She was named Miss Philippines-Earth 2007th She was crowned Miss Philippines-Earth 2006 Catherine Untalan.By win the Miss Philippines-Earth, Harn won the right to represent Philippines at Miss Earth 2007th Harn was the first Miss Philippines Earth not to put Miss Earth. The procession was eventually won by Canada Jessica Trisko. Harn, however, won the Miss Photogenic award.
